Shady Elms Farm Wedding: Bethany and Christopher

Guys, I’m not going to lie. I was SO EXCITED to shoot Bethany and Christoper’s Shady Elms Farm wedding. This couple was so precious. Their families were amazing and their wedding day was a dream. Not to say we didn’t have our challenges. Right before the ceremony, a HUGE TORRENTIAL RAINSTORM deterred their planned outdoor ceremony. Good things Shady Elms is an awesome venue, inside and out. Congratulations you two!

From the Bride, Bethany:

What was your inspiration behind your wedding day?
Relaxation! We have been all over the globe the past couple of years so I was looking for a venue that was relaxed and beautiful and a lot of outdoors space to hang out with our family and friends.

Advice to share with brides planning now?
all inclusive venues are the best 🙂

How did you and your spouse meet?
We met in college at Penn State.

What was your favorite memory from your big day?
Catching up with all of our friends and family that we hadn’t seen in a long time and also when we went up the hill to take our couple portraits we had a minute to ourselves to kind of take everything in 🙂
